Community connection is an important part of well-being. For anyone looking to get outside, move, and connect with others, this Yoga in the Park event offers that space while also supporting our local homeless shelter. 🧘‍♀️🌿

We have been so excited to share this one with you!

Flow with Purpose is our summer yoga in the park series in Grand Forks. Each class is open to every level and every body. Come as you are.

Our first class is June 14th at Sertoma Park with our co-founder, Camille Redmann. Each class supports Northlands Rescue Mission, a local homeless shelter serving the Grand Forks community. Admission includes your yoga class and a 2 canned goods donation to the Mission, brought with you the day of the event.

With the purchase of every ticket, you will also be entered to win a wellness goodie bag.

Reminder of this weekend! We strive to create an environment where we can gather and network. If you can make it for a bit or the full time fantastic! Hit the "like" button so we can get an idea of how many might try and make it, so we have enough soup and bread for everyone.

Spaces like this can be powerful for connection, healing, and community. If you know someone who might benefit, feel free to check it out and share.

Hey everyone we have a date!

Calling all women to gathering. We will be doing our 1st women's circle April 26th at 11am. I will bring bison stew and gullet. Feel free to bring a dish to share.

We will have small beading projects or bring your own and share your wisdom with us.

This is an open women's circle to discuss things on your mind and to provide a safe space to talk amongst each other.

So grab that friend, auntie, mama, sister, cousin, daughter and bring them down to share community.

We LOVE seeing mind–body wellness in action. 💫

Our receptionist Morianna is now teaching at Zaagi Flow Yoga and we couldn’t be happier for her. Yoga is such a powerful complement to mental health work and this studio truly embodies that connection.

Go follow Zaagi Flow Yoga and support this wonderful local studio.

Zaagi Flow Yoga welcomes Morianna Llapa as a new instructor!

We welcome Morianna to our amazing team! She will be offering a flow class Sundays at 2:00 PM starting Feb 8th!

Instructor Bio
" I started my yoga journey in 2024 and I recently got my 200 RYT in January of 2026. I fell in love with not only the movement aspect of yoga but the philosophy behind it. Yoga has taught me patience, discipline, mindfulness, and compassion. I wish to help others find meaningful connections in their practice as well".

This is a really thoughtful article on why some trauma survivors can’t feel and how emotional numbness is often the nervous system’s way of protecting us when things are too overwhelming. It offers a clear, compassionate explanation of how trauma lives in the body and why healing often happens slowly, in small, manageable pieces rather than through force or “pushing through”. Worth a read if you’ve ever wondered why your reactions don’t seem to fit with what you “should” be feeling.

The gazelle problem, the stuck keyboard, and human resilience.

🌿Food is a Human Right.🌿

At we believe that healing happens in many forms: through conversation, connection, and care that nourishes both body and mind. That's why we've opened a small food shelf right here in our office. 🥫💛

If you or someone you know could use a little extra support, please know this is a space for you. No questions, no judgment. We understand that food is not just sustenance; it's a therapeutic tool that fosters safety, dignity, and belonging.

As therapists and social workers, our mission extends beyond the therapy room. It's about showing up for one another in the everyday moments that remind us we’re not alone. ✨

Take what you need. Leave what you can.
Together, we heal. 🤝🏼💚
