This is an exercise you can do solo or with a partner. It is a great way to deepen emotional connection with yourself and others.

The collective is doing a lot of heart opening work right now, and it’s important to remember to check in with ourselves and those close to us at times like these.

So many of us experiencing similar things 🪞 that tell us our hearts 💗 are expanding… our capacity to give and receive shifting… and the quiet whisper reminding us to ground in and embody it all anchoring heart to root before reaching to crown.
