I am a Massage Therapist who specializes in a relaxing and healing massage using a blend of Eastern and Western modalities. I am trained in a number of massage modalities including: Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, sports, prenatal, and geriatric. In addition to that I am also trained in reflexology, lymphatic, and chakra balancing. I believe greatly in the power of natural healing methods and recommend massage to everyoneto help achieve and maintain good health both in mind and body.
