We meet 6:30 PM every Wednesday at 1140 Park Ave., Grand Haven. Public is welcome. It's free to attend as a guest. Guest are always welcome!

Come see how we develop leaders and help each other to become better public speakers. Visiting a club is the exciting first step to building a better you, contact Lakeshore Toastmasters club at [email protected] with a subject of "Guest Visit Request" and we will contact you to plan your visit. We allow guests to attend up to three meetings for free and there’s no pressure to participate until you are ready and comfortable.

Lakeshore Toastmasters living up to our name! Members, family, and friends met on the beach tonight to enjoy a nice summer evening. Fireside, food, and, of course, great conversations made for a beautiful time. Thank you Jim Anderson and Adam King for setting everything up and to everyone who brought food, and helped carry everything down to the beach, it was a great evening🫶

We swore in our new officers last night for 2026--27. Running the ceremony was out going VP of Membership, Adrian Sargent. Not pictured is James Murphy -Treasurer. June 25, 2026. Introducing our newest Lakeshore Toastmaster member, Jeremy Miller! Jeremy is a local business owner that found Toastmasters through a member acquaintance and decided Lakeshore Toastmasters would be a great place to build new friendships and polish his communication and leadership skills in a fun and easy-going environment.

Jeremy is now a member of a team of like minded people who work to help each other grow and stay motivated through each of our personal development journeys. Welcome Toastmaster Jeremy!

March 28, 2026. Our very own Toastmaster Adrian Sargent was on stage at the Toastmasters District 62 All Division speech contest at Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant. We all admire Adrian's hard work practicing his speaking skills and actually making it to the All Division level! His mother and sister were there to show their support! Way to go Adrian, we all strive to be as brave as you!

Our Lakeshore Toastmasters Club took our learned speaking skills outside our walls and have been working with the Boys and Girls Club of Muskegon. We have been teaching their students some simple skills for speech writing and presentation. It has been a wonderful experience for all of us. We have one more day and then we launch them to practice their new found skills for their upcoming club speech contest! They are all already winners in our book!!

Oh, what fun it was! Lakeshore Toastmasters Club welcomed new members and prospects to our annual Christmas Potluck. We enjoyed food, games, and gifts! What a great night. Happy Holidays to all! We will be back from break on January 8th, 2025!
