The Sacred Hallow takes Su***de Prevention seriously. As a Certified spiritual coach I can offer a safe, compassionate, nonjudgmental space where someone feels heard, valued, and less alone. Through listening, encouragement, grounding, and meaningful connection, a spiritual coach can help someone explore hope, purpose, and inner strength while encouraging professional mental-health or crisis support when needed. Spiritual coaching is supportive care.

The Sacred Hallow is now officially open in downtown Hastings, and we are already filling the space with peaceful retreats for your soul. 💛

I will be offering free 10 minute reiki demos for new clients today and tomorrow, as well as full 30 or 60 minute sessions for Reiki, Soundwork, or a combo of both!

It has been an interesting few years of changes, but I am happy to announce that the Phoenix Tree is now returning to practice.

🌿 Hello, I'm Sundri.

I am a Reiki Master Teacher, practitioner, Sound Alchemist, artist, crafter, nature lover, and lifelong seeker of the little bits of magic that make this life feel meaningful.

For more than 20 years, I've been exploring Reiki, meditation, mediumship, frequency healing, and energy work. Along the way, I've learned that sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply slow down, to breathe, to listen, and to give ourselves permission to rest.

That is the heart of The Phoenix Tree. It is a gentle space for transformational work.

My work is grounded and supportive. Whether we are working with Reiki, sound healing, or reconnecting with yourself, you can simply come as you are. My hope is to offer you a quiet, welcoming space where you can step away from the noise of everyday life and allow yourself to settle back in tune with your body.

The Phoenix Tree is a place to pause, breathe, listen, and make room for whatever is ready to shift. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you walk through the door. Whether you're new to Reiki, looking for a little stillness in a busy season, or simply curious about what a session might feel like, you are welcome here.

📆Sessions will be available in my new space with The Sacred Hallow beginning September 4th, with walk-in availability on Fridays and Saturdays, and appointments only on Mondays.
