Maybe the question isn’t “What’s wrong with me?”

Maybe it’s:

- What have I been carrying?
- What have I learned to tolerate?
- What patterns have helped me survive—but aren’t serving me anymore?
- What do I need that I haven’t been giving myself?

Therapy can be a space to get curious about those questions without judgment.

Not because there’s something wrong with you.

Because you’re worth understanding.

✨ A gentle Monday reminder:

Your nervous system doesn’t always need a big breakthrough.

Sometimes it just needs…
- A few minutes of fresh air
- A warm drink
- A favorite song
- A walk with your dog
- One kind thought toward yourself

These small moments may seem ordinary, but they’re often the very things that help us reconnect with ourselves.

Tiny things aren’t insignificant.
They’re often where healing begins.

I’m excited to announce that I’m now offering Walk & Talk Therapy.

Walk & Talk Therapy combines traditional, evidence-based psychotherapy with the calming benefits of gentle movement and time outdoors. Rather than meeting only in an office, we’ll walk together on a local trail while working through whatever you’re carrying.

For many people, walking in nature can help:
- Ease stress and anxiety
- Support nervous system regulation
- Encourage clearer thinking
- Make difficult conversations feel more natural
- Improve mood and overall well-being

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, chronic stress, or a major life transition, this may be a meaningful way to experience therapy.

Every session is tailored to your comfort level, and traditional in-office appointments remain available as well.

If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy—or are simply curious whether Walk & Talk Therapy might be a good fit—I would love to connect.

“Healing doesn’t always happen sitting still. Sometimes it begins with taking the first step.”

When people hear *integrative mental health*, they sometimes assume it means replacing therapy with supplements or alternative treatments.

It doesn't.

To me, integrative mental health means recognizing that emotional well-being is influenced by many interconnected factors—not just our thoughts and emotions.

Along with evidence-based psychotherapy, we may also explore questions like:

- How are you sleeping?
- Are you getting the nutrition your body needs?
- What role does movement play in your week?
- How is your nervous system responding to stress?
- Are there medical or lifestyle factors worth discussing with your healthcare provider?

Therapy remains the foundation of my work. An integrative approach simply helps us look at the whole picture so we can better understand what may be contributing to how you're feeling.

This page is where I'll be sharing more about the science and practical application of whole-person mental health. I'm glad you're here.

I've always believed that mental health is about more than symptoms alone. Our emotional well-being is influenced by many interconnected factors—including sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, relationships, the nervous system, and our overall health.

That's why I've worked to become a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP).

This certification has expanded my understanding of those connections and strengthened my ability to view each person through a whole-person, evidence-informed lens.

Evidence-based psychotherapy remains the foundation of my work. Integrative mental health doesn't replace therapy—it complements it by considering the many factors that can support healing, resilience, and long-term well-being.

As I continue to grow professionally, I'm excited to keep sharing what I'm learning about the connection between mind, body, and mental health.

Thank you for being here and for following along on this journey.

Slowly but surely, this space is becoming exactly what I envisioned. 🤍

This corner may not look like much yet, but every piece is being added with intention.

My hope is that when you step into this space, you feel something different—a place where your nervous system can begin to settle, where you feel safe enough to be yourself, and where healing can happen at your own pace.

I’m so excited to continue bringing this vision to life, and I can’t wait to welcome you here soon.

You don’t have to push yourself into healing.

Sometimes the work begins with slowing down.
With noticing.
With letting your body feel just a little safer than it did yesterday.

At Meadowlark Integrative Wellness, therapy isn’t about rushing toward change.
It’s about creating enough steadiness that change can happen naturally.

When the nervous system feels supported, the mind can begin to soften.

If you’re looking for thoughtful, whole-person care — I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Self-love isn’t loud.

It’s boundaries.
It’s rest.
It’s regulation.
It’s not abandoning yourself.

However today feels —
meet yourself with care.
