Cancer care is about more than appointments and treatment.

Our Hope & Healing Survivorship Program was created to help patients with some of the other changes that can come along with a cancer diagnosis.

Through the program, patients can access services like wigs and hair care, skin care and makeup guidance, mental health support, and cancer prosthetics and lymphedema solutions.

These may seem like little things, but when you're going through cancer, sometimes the little things can make a really big difference.

That’s how many cancer patients GRACE helped in 2025.

Some needed help paying a bill. Some needed gas to get to treatment. Some needed someone to talk to. Others needed a wig, a care bag, nutritional support or help finding the right resource.

And along with those 311 patients, we were able to support 402 of their family members, too.

We share these numbers because we want our community to know what their support of GRACE actually does.

It stays right here, helping people in our communities when they need it.

One of the questions we get is, “What can GRACE actually help with?”

The answer is probably more than you think.

We help cancer patients with everyday expenses like gas to get to treatment, groceries, utilities, rent or mortgage payments, medical bills and medications and more.

Because when you’re going through cancer treatment, the regular bills don’t stop.

Last year alone, GRACE provided more than $155,000 in assistance in just these five areas.

If you know someone going through cancer who could use some help, please tell them about GRACE. Sometimes people simply don’t know this kind of help is available.

September is Gynecologic Cancer Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness for cervical, ovarian, uterine, vaginal, and vulvar cancers and the individuals and families impacted by them.

Because routine screening is limited for many gynecologic cancers, awareness is so important. Knowing your body, recognizing changes, asking questions, and taking the initiative to talk with a healthcare provider can make a difference.

At GRACE, we know these diagnoses can bring uncertainty, fear, and many challenges along the way. We are here to walk alongside local cancer patients and their loved ones through diagnosis, treatment, and beyond with support, resources, and hope.

Awareness matters. Support matters. And GRACE is here to help. 💙

If you’re new here, we want to take a minute to tell you what GRACE is really about.

We help local cancer patients and their families with the things that can become overwhelming during treatment.

That might mean helping with a utility bill or a tank of gas to get to an appointment. It might mean connecting someone with a counselor, putting you in touch with a wig specialist, putting together a care bag, or simply being there when someone isn’t sure where to turn next.

In 2025, we helped 311 cancer patients and 402 of their family members. And while we’re incredibly proud of those numbers, what matters most to us are the people behind them.

If you or someone you love is going through cancer and could use some extra support, please reach out to us.

Monthly giving is one of the easiest ways to make a lasting impact for local cancer patients and their families.

By becoming a GRACE Cancer Foundation Monthly Giving Partner, your support helps provide steady, reliable resources throughout the year so we can continue offering hope, care, and assistance when it is needed most.

Every gift makes a difference. $20 can provide one case of Ensure or nutritional supplements, $50 can provide a gas card, and $100 can provide a grocery card. Gifts of any amount help us meet the miscellaneous needs that come up for patients and families throughout the cancer journey.
