Older Nebraskans Day at the Nebraska State Fair! 🌽🎡

Proudly representing Vetter Senior Living with Brookestone Home Health and Hospice, Tiffany Square Rehabilitation and Care Center, and Brookefield Park, we were able to connect with so many amazing people from across Nebraska. The best parts of the day were meeting new faces, having conversations with incredible older adults, hearing heartwarming stories from families who had loved ones within VSL suite of services, and of course handing out our Vetter Senior Living flashlights and seeing everyone enjoy them. 🔦😊

We even had a blast dancing around and getting everyone excited for the concert! 💃🕺 The energy, laughter, and sense of community made for an unforgettable Older Nebraskans Day.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to visit with us. We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a fun and meaningful event!

What a fantastic Aging with Joy event! 🎉

"What age is 'old'?" 🤷‍♀️ Did you know at just 30 years old, your body begins to lose muscle and bone mass?

We were thrilled to fill our Woodland Room for an afternoon of education, connections and delicious (and nutritious😉) food. Guests were inspired by Sonja, who shared valuable insights and encouragement for aging with purpose and joy.
Main topics included, exercise, nutrition, regulating your nervous system and forgiveness for yourself and others.
