One-on-One Care Makes a Difference

At Restore Physical Therapy, your care is personal, focused, and built around you.

You will work one-on-one with the same physical therapist throughout your plan of care—not be passed between three or four different providers who may not fully understand your progress or goals.

By seeing the same therapist each visit, we can closely track your progress, adjust your customized treatment plan, and use your time efficiently. This continuity of care can lead to better outcomes and may reduce the amount of time you need to spend in physical therapy.

At Restore Physical Therapy, you are more than an appointment on the schedule. You are a partner in your recovery.

Individual attention. Customized care. Better results.

Contact Restore Physical Therapy today to schedule your evaluation.

❤️‍🩹Recovery Tools Explained: Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFR)🩸

BFR reduces blood flow to the limb causing the muscles to fatigue faster, which allows patients to achieve strength gains with lighter weights.

Benefits of BFR may include:

✔️ Improved strength

✔️ Reduced muscle loss after injury or surgery

✔️ Less stress on healing tissues

✔️ Support during return-to-sport rehabilitation

At Restore Physical Therapy, BFR is one of the many tools we use to help patients recover and return to the activities they enjoy!

🔹Specialized Care: Certified Hand Therapist✋🏼

At Restore Physical Therapy, Scott Bjerke, OTR/L is a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT).

A Certified Hand Therapist is a therapist who has completed extensive clinical experience and advanced certification focused on treating conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity.

Because our hands are involved in nearly everything we do, specialized treatment can play a critical role in restoring strength, mobility, and function!

Back pain does not automatically mean your spine is “out.”
Your spine is not a Jenga tower held together by vibes.

Most back pain improves with the right movement, the right plan, and not panicking every time your low back makes a weird noise.

If back pain is keeping you from work, sleep, or doing normal human things, physical therapy can help! Call our clinic for more info!!

What does OCS mean?

OCS stands for Orthopedic Certified Specialist

To become an OCS, a PT must:

- Be a licensed Physical Therapist
-Complete advanced orthopedic clinical experience — typically 2,000+ hours of direct orthopedic patient care, or complete an accredited orthopedic residency
-Pass a rigorous national board exam through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties
-Stay current with ongoing professional development and re-certification requirements

In plain English: an OCS has advanced training in evaluating and treating orthopedic problems — things like back pain, neck pain, shoulder injuries, knee pain, sports injuries, arthritis, post-surgical rehab, and more.

So when you see OCS after a PT’s name, it means they’ve gone the extra mile to specialize in helping people move better, hurt less, and get back to doing life.
