Relationships often move through different seasons. Work, family responsibilities, life changes, and the demands of everyday life can leave little space to intentionally focus on your connection.

The Thrive & Revive Couples Intensive offers couples dedicated time and support to slow down, reconnect, and move forward together.

Ashley and Chantel provide a warm and supportive environment where couples can explore challenges, strengthen connection, and gain greater clarity about the path ahead.

If you're curious whether a Couples Intensive may be a good fit for your relationship, we invite you to complete the inquiry form on our website below.

Not every couple is looking for weekly therapy.

For some couples, setting aside dedicated time to focus on their relationship can create the space needed for deeper conversations, greater understanding, and meaningful progress.

A Couples Intensive can be especially helpful for those navigating a significant life challenge, feeling disconnected from one another, facing an important decision, or simply wanting to strengthen their relationship in a more focused way.

The Thrive & Revive Couples Intensive was developed by Ashley and Chantel to provide couples with the time, support, and guidance needed to explore patterns, increase connection, and move forward with greater clarity.

If you're wondering whether a Couples Intensive may be a good fit for your relationship, we invite you to learn more and complete the inquiry form on our website.

— Meet the Therapists Behind Thrive & Revive Couples Intensives —

As therapists, we've worked with many couples who wanted meaningful support but struggled to fit traditional weekly therapy into their schedules—or needed more focused time to work through significant relationship challenges.

That's what inspired the creation of the Thrive & Revive Couples Intensive.

This intensive format allows us to spend dedicated time helping couples better understand relationship patterns, strengthen communication, navigate difficult conversations, and create a path forward together.

We're passionate about helping couples move beyond feeling stuck and toward greater understanding, connection, and clarity. We're Ashley and Chantel, and we're honored to walk alongside couples through this important work.

Chantel Landeros, LMFT

Relationships can become complicated quickly, especially when two different people are trying to navigate stress, communication, expectations, family life, and everyday responsibilities together.

But sometimes the most meaningful changes start with simple things.

• Be kind to each other
• Show thoughtfulness
• Let go of perfection
• Prioritize connection
• Make intentional time for what matters

Healthy relationships are rarely built through one huge moment.
More often, they are built through small, repeated choices over time.

Which one of these do you think makes the biggest difference in a relationship?

If you and your partner feel stuck in unhealthy patterns, couples therapy can help create healthier communication and deeper connection.

“Shoulding” is one of those thought patterns that can quietly shape the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and even our worth.

When we begin to slow down and ask where an expectation comes from, we create the opportunity to challenge whether it is actually serving us.

Awareness can open the door to:
• greater self-compassion
• emotional regulation
• healthier communication
• more flexible, realistic thinking

Sometimes growth is not about pushing harder. Sometimes it begins by questioning the rules you never consciously chose in the first place.

There are so many words that we use that can hold so much depth and have such a big impact in our worlds.

Yet, how often do we take the time to sit down to think about what the word means to us? Take some time to think about it, journal about it, talk about it..

Here are some words to consider:
Trust • Love • Safety • Security • Peace • Connection • Joy

Start creating some depth to your language so that you can ask people for what you need and be able to see when people are aligning with your values in a real way.
