Christopher Lepisto, ND

Christopher Lepisto, ND Better health, naturally I am Doctor Christopher Lepisto. You may seek out my care for a number of reasons. You may simply want to improve your overall health.

As a naturopathic doctor, I specialize in helping the body to naturally achieve and maintain optimal health. Today, many of us develop health challenges which result from the stress of our busy lifestyle, leaving us feeling exhausted and overworked. This is a defeating experience for those of us who are accustomed to feeling strong, energetic and vibrant. I work closely with my patients to address

the root cause of their health challenges, rather than simply treating the superficial symptoms. The natural solutions I provide are designed to give the body the necessary components to heal, regenerate, and operate in peak form. But you don't have to suffer from a particular condition to set a visit. I understand what your body needs for optimal function and performance throughout all stages of life. I provides unique treatments and solutions to help your body perform at its best and maintain health through the body's natural ability to create its own vitality, rather than treating symptoms with pharmaceuticals which mask the underlying problems. Naturopathy is particularly well suited for chronic conditions such as asthma, muscle pain, allergies and arthritis, as well as disorders that may have a stress- or diet-related factor, such as digestive problems, insomnia, skin disorders and fatigue. If you've never been to a naturopathic doctor before, you'll be delighted with the level of personalized care you receive. Unlike visiting an allopathic physician—where you are seen by the doctor for only a few minutes, given a prescription and sent on your way—your treatment with me will begin with a thorough health evaluation and assessment, as well as a detailed investigation of any specific health concerns which may have prompted your visit. I will continue to see you actively over the course of 5-8 weeks to measure how your body is responding to treatment, and adapt your specific treatment plan accordingly. After the initial treatment course, I will likely recommend occasional follow-up visits to ensure your body is performing at its best.

Red light therapy is everywhere right now—promising better energy, faster recovery, healthier skin, and less pain.
Certain wavelengths may support mitochondrial function and cellular energy production. But not all devices, dosing, or claims are equal.
As always, the deeper question is not simply “Does it work?” but “Is it the right tool for your physiology?”
I’ll be diving deeper into the hype, science, and benefits of red light therapy in next week’s newsletter.

If you fall asleep easily but wake at 3 a.m., you're not alone.

Blood sugar fluctuations, cortisol timing, alcohol, and hormonal shifts can all contribute to fragmented sleep.

I'll explore what may be happening—and what to do about it—in next week's newsletter. Opt-in at www.grandjunctionnaturopath.com/signup

Ni****ne is becoming a popular performance tool for focus, energy, and productivity—but context matters.
While ni****ne itself may have legitimate cognitive and post-COVID recovery benefits, it also carries risks: medication interactions, elevated heart rate and blood pressure, dependence potential, and surprisingly easy overdose with patches, pouches, or high-dose products.
As with many health trends, a better question is not simply “Does it work?” but “Is it right for me—and at what cost?”

Creatine is no longer just a gym supplement.

Researchers are now studying it for healthy aging, brain function, balance, muscle preservation, and recovery—especially after 50.

At the same time, misconceptions about hydration and kidney health continue to create confusion.

Stay tuned, I’ll be exploring the changing conversation around creatine in this week’s newsletter.

One of the most researched sport supplements, creatine has now become a major mainstream topic for brain health. I find it to be a legitimate consideration for cognitive support, muscle preservation and healthy aging.
