Christopher Lepisto, ND

Christopher Lepisto, ND Better health, naturally I am Doctor Christopher Lepisto. You may seek out my care for a number of reasons. You may simply want to improve your overall health.

As a naturopathic doctor, I specialize in helping the body to naturally achieve and maintain optimal health. Today, many of us develop health challenges which result from the stress of our busy lifestyle, leaving us feeling exhausted and overworked. This is a defeating experience for those of us who are accustomed to feeling strong, energetic and vibrant. I work closely with my patients to address

the root cause of their health challenges, rather than simply treating the superficial symptoms. The natural solutions I provide are designed to give the body the necessary components to heal, regenerate, and operate in peak form. But you don't have to suffer from a particular condition to set a visit. I understand what your body needs for optimal function and performance throughout all stages of life. I provides unique treatments and solutions to help your body perform at its best and maintain health through the body's natural ability to create its own vitality, rather than treating symptoms with pharmaceuticals which mask the underlying problems. Naturopathy is particularly well suited for chronic conditions such as asthma, muscle pain, allergies and arthritis, as well as disorders that may have a stress- or diet-related factor, such as digestive problems, insomnia, skin disorders and fatigue. If you've never been to a naturopathic doctor before, you'll be delighted with the level of personalized care you receive. Unlike visiting an allopathic physician—where you are seen by the doctor for only a few minutes, given a prescription and sent on your way—your treatment with me will begin with a thorough health evaluation and assessment, as well as a detailed investigation of any specific health concerns which may have prompted your visit. I will continue to see you actively over the course of 5-8 weeks to measure how your body is responding to treatment, and adapt your specific treatment plan accordingly. After the initial treatment course, I will likely recommend occasional follow-up visits to ensure your body is performing at its best.

Longevity has become big business.

Peptides. NAD+. Biological-age testing. Specialized supplements. Constant monitoring. And some increasingly elaborate attempts to slow—or even reverse—the aging process.

Some of the science is genuinely fascinating. Some of it is marketing. And some of it is difficult to distinguish from theater.

I’m interested in the longevity conversation, but how do you sort through the claims?

Next week’s newsletter takes a closer look at the longevity boom—and the potential benefits.

Collagen is everywhere.

Coffee. Smoothies. Protein powders. Even bottled water.

It's promoted for healthier skin, stronger joints, better recovery, and healthy aging.

Some of the science is legitimate.

But collagen may not work in the way most people think.

I'll be exploring what collagen can—and can't—do in next week's newsletter.

We know more about our bodies than ever before.

Or do we?

Smartwatches and health trackers can monitor sleep, stress, heart rate, HRV, recovery, and much more. The technology is remarkable.

But sometimes the constant stream of numbers creates a different problem—health anxiety.

At what point does tracking our health stop helping and start getting in the way?

I'll be exploring that question in next week's newsletter.

Testosterone clinics are everywhere.

Promising more energy. More muscle. Better motivation. A younger version of yourself.

But is testosterone really the problem?

New research is changing the conversation around testosterone replacement therapy, while debate continues around who truly benefits and who may be at risk.

I'll explore what every man—and many women supporting the men in their lives—should know in next week's newsletter.
