May is Mental Health Awareness Month — a time to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and remind our community that mental health is just as important as physical health. One in five people will experience a mental health challenge in their lifetime, and support can make a life saving difference.
At Health Solutions West, we’re committed to meeting people with compassion, dignity, and care—especially during moments of crisis. The Mobile Crisis Team goes into action when you call or text 988 and need immediate, in person support. We meet you where you are—whether at home, school, a workplace, or even a park—and provide you the care and support needed to ensure safety.
Our Mobile Crisis team responds 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to Rio Blanco, Moffat, Routt, Grand, and Mesa counties. No matter how rural, we respond with trained professionals who prioritize your safety, stabilization, and connection to ongoing resources for follow up care.
Mental health challenges can feel isolating—but you don’t have to face them alone. This Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s continue the conversation, support one another, and reach out when we or someone we love needs help.
You are not alone. We are here because we care.
If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988 to connect with support right now.
