We will be hosting a winter clothing drive from now until December 31st at both of our locations. There will be designated bins in our lobby's to collect donations. All donations will be given to HomewardBound here in Grand Junction to help local families.

Happy 4th of July from Western Colorado Physicians Group!
All Primary Care Partners offices will be closed today, except for the DOCS on Call office which will remain open from 8:00am-6:00pm. If you are in need of after hours care this day, please call (970) 255-1576 to make an appointment.
We will resume our regulars office hours on Wednesday, July 5th.

As of April 3rd, 2023, masks are no longer required in all Primary Care Partners facilities, including 12th Street, Wellington, and Fruita locations. Masks are still encouraged if you have a cough, congestion, or a high fever. We would like to remind our patients that we still encourage social distancing and to maintain a least 6 feet between yourself and people around you. Thank you so much for your cooperation in helping keep P*P a safe environment for everyone!
