Art isn’t just something to look at—it’s a physical practice (mindful art therapy). 🌿✨
If you’ve been on my table, you know my entire practice is built around one goal: bringing your nervous system out of “fight or flight” and back into deep, restorative rest (somatic healing and stress relief). But I wanted to give you a way to take that feeling home.
Behind the scenes, I’ve been merging my fine arts background with my somatic work to create a very special, limited-edition project (nervous system regulation art). This is the first piece of my “Nervous System Collection.”
I chose orchids for resilience and moths for the gentle, quiet pursuit of light (botanical illustration and sacred geometry). The symmetry is intentionally designed to help down-regulate an overwhelmed mind.
I’ll be releasing high-quality, single art prints of this collection soon, complete with the hidden symbolism behind each piece, meant for your own coloring and art ritual at home (therapeutic coloring for adults).
There are 6 pieces total in this first collection. Should I reveal the opossum or the lotus beetle next? Let me know in the comments! 👇

Did you know vibroacoustic therapy can take several forms? 🎶

This graphic shows a few ways low-frequency vibration and music can be used, from a single frequency to music designed for vibroacoustic equipment, live instruments, or sessions that combine vibration with other therapeutic practices.

At Dancing Flower Massage, I bring vibroacoustic therapy into bodywork. You can feel gentle vibrations through the table while we tailor your massage to what feels supportive for you. It’s one more way to settle in, slow down, and experience your session. ✨

I’ve been certified in vibroacoustic therapy since 2022, and I love helping people discover what it feels like for themselves.

Curious about adding it to your massage? You can book at MassageBook.com/biz/dancingflowermassage 🌿

A little face-to-face introduction ✨

I’m Leslie, the massage therapist behind Dancing Flower Massage. After nearly ten years of helping people feel more comfortable in their bodies, I thought it was finally time to introduce myself here on video. 😆😮‍💨

My work blends customized massage with nervous-system-focused care and vibroacoustic therapy to create a space where your body can soften, settle, and feel genuinely supported.

My first talking video—done! ✨
