There’s still time to make a difference this October to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Visit Color Crew Salon in Mesa Mall and purchase a pink hair extension for just $10. All proceeds will go directly to the Community Hospital Foundation to support breast cancer initiatives.

For nearly nine years, Cassie L. Tufly has proudly served on the Community Hospital Foundation Board, bringing both her financial expertise and deep commitment to the community she has always served.

Born and raised in the Grand Valley, Cassie is a Mortgage Loan Officer with Fidelity Mortgage. She is passionate about strengthening our community through collaboration, access to quality health care, and support for unrestricted foundation funds that allow Community Hospital to respond where the need is the greatest.

For Cassie, one of the greatest rewards of serving is seeing Community Hospital continue to grow its services while building relationships with others who share her passion for our community.

Outside of work and the foundation, Cassie is a busy mom of six daughters, who loves to travel. While there are many fulfilling aspects to being a board member, she said that one perk is a particularly added bonus: “Free snacks at meetings doesn’t hurt.” 😊

We are incredibly humbled to announce the recent establishment of The Kelley L. Jones Memorial Fund to honor the life and legacy of Kelley L. Jones. This fund will support patients receiving cancer care at Community Hospital’s Grand Valley Oncology.

Inspired by a desire to bring comfort and encouragement to others, Kelley's mother has organized a fundraising effort centered around handmade bracelets. Each bracelet features one of the words that best described Kelley's spirit: love, hope, unique, beloved, fun, risk-taker, creative and smart.
