Monday’s color for National Skilled Nursing Care Week was GREEN, and residents had a lucky chance to win some “green” dollar bills during bingo! 💚💵

Today’s color was RED! ❤️ The dining room was decorated, and residents had red beads to wear today.

A special thank you to Moments Hospice for hosting a wonderful Bloom Bar! Residents had the opportunity to create their own beautiful bouquets, as well as paint flower pots and plant their own flowers. 🌸🌼

We wrapped up the afternoon with a fun social featuring refreshing watermelon and cranberry spritzers! 🍉✨

🎉 Happy Retirement, Kathy! 🎉

After 7 wonderful years at Grand Meadow Senior Living, we are celebrating Kathy as she begins her well-deserved retirement!

Kathy has been a dedicated Dietary Cook who truly made a difference every single day. Her favorite part of the job was the hours—and most importantly, bringing joy to our residents through her delicious meals. Many will agree, her roast was always a favorite! 🍽️❤️

Kathy shared that her time here has been “a great journey,” and she’s grateful for all the friendships and connections she’s made along the way.

As she steps into retirement, Kathy is looking forward to spending more time gardening and fishing—two things she loves most. 🌷🎣
