Moon Guidance Embodiment Specializing in creating sacred containers for healing and transformation. I teach locally around the Grand Rapids and to other areas for services.

Drawing on training in Trauma-informed Yoga, Mindfulness, Reiki, Breathwork, Crystal Healing, Sound Healing and Spiritual Ministry as an ordained (pagan) Minister. I'm a 200hr Trauma-informed Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness and Breathwork Practitioner, Reiki Master, Sound Healer and Ordained Minister. I love bringing these healing modalities to people.

Finally getting to posting stuff from the last week. I have been a little more absent than normal on the socials due to a very ill 11.5 year old fur baby and then a water heater replacement. But we're all bouncing back.
Wednesday was the Acu + Sound Bath at IE3 with .wellness. Everything about the event and space was beautiful. So grateful for my work with Grand Wellness. 🙏

I was invited to help celebrate a beautiful 30th birthday this weekend with a private sound bath. What a special way to enter a new decade. ✨

It is really special and meaningful to create a moment for a group of friends gathering together not just to celebrate, but to slow down, breathe, laugh, reflect, and simply be present with one another.

I never take for granted being invited into these moments of people’s lives. Birthdays, transitions, celebrations, healing, rest; it’s an honor every single time.

These moments deserves to be welcomed intentionally. 💖

Park Yoga + Sound Bath tonight

After the rain moves through this afternoon, the temperatures should drop and make for a beautiful evening to practice outside together.

Join me from 6:30–7:30pm at Palmer Park for gentle yoga and a grounding sound bath surrounded by nature. A chance to move, breathe, slow down, and settle into the evening.

Bring your mat, blanket or towel for under mat, water, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable outdoors. Reach out if need a mat to borrow.

Join us for an evening of creativity, care, and relaxation as we welcome the energy of spring and self-renewal.

We’ll begin by crafting a nourishing body oil blend and planting a flower or herb to take home, a small reminder to tend to yourself with the same care you give to everything else around you.

Then settle in and unwind with a restorative sound bath designed to help calm the nervous system, soften the body, and create space to simply rest.

A gentle evening to slow down, reconnect, and refill your cup a little. ✨

Work stress is real. Constant emails, meetings, deadlines, and being “on” all the time takes a toll on the nervous system.

Using crystal singing bowls and restorative sound, these sessions help create space for relaxation, grounding, and nervous system regulation. Something many of us don’t get enough of during the workday.

Corporate sound baths offer employees a chance to pause, breathe, and reset together.
