Why didn’t I already use this asana variation! Not only is the cat/cow echoed in this flow, but the hip drop with a shorten hamstring is delicious! The quadricep on the bent leg is getting a stretch that feels great too, and don’t forget about the hip flexors on the opposite side. Come see for yourself at 6am yoga to try it out 🤗
