🦷 Happy National Toothbrush Day! 🦷

Today is a great reminder that one of the most important tools for maintaining a healthy smile is also one of the simplest—a toothbrush.

Brushing twice a day for two minutes with a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste helps remove plaque, prevent cavities, and support healthy gums. Don't forget to replace your toothbrush (or brush head) every 3–4 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed.

A healthy smile starts with healthy habits, and consistent brushing is the foundation of excellent oral health.
