I’m looking for TWO women to join my workshop for free. 🤝✨

If you are navigating perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause, and you feel like your body has become a stranger to you, please read this.

Maybe you’re dealing with chronic lower back or shoulder pain. Maybe you recently recovered from an injury, but the fear of getting hurt again has you completely paralyzed when it comes to exercise.

You don’t need harder workouts. You need a clearer neurological map. 🧠🌱

My upcoming workshop, Resilient & Rooted, is a science-backed blueprint designed to teach you how to differentiate your joints, stabilize your spine, and move efficiently based on how your nervous system actually changes during menopause. No hearsay. No generic fitness fluff.

Because I want this information to be accessible to those who need it most and have amazing clients who are donating the funds, They’re gifting two full scholarships to women who are ready to reclaim their bodies but need a helping hand to get there.

Who this is for:

Women in peri-to-post menopause.

Those currently dealing with pain, injury, or severe fear of movement.

Women ready to commit to learning a new way to move.

How to apply:

Like this video and save it.

Send me a DM with the word “SCHOLARSHIP”.

Tell me a little bit about your story, what you’re struggling with, and why this workshop is the missing piece for you right now.

Applications close on May 31, 2026. Recipients will be contacted directly via DM. Know a woman who needs this? Tag her below or share this Reel to her DMs. Let’s look out for each other. 🤍

Your spine didn’t suddenly “get old”—it lost its primary chemical messenger. 🧠💥

Most women are told that midlife back pain is just an inevitable part of aging or a “weak core.” But the science tells a completely different story.

Estrogen receptors are distributed throughout your entire central nervous system—including the sensory ganglia, the length of the spinal cord, and right within your intervertebral discs.

They are highly concentrated in the dorsal horn, which is responsible for processing pain and sensation.

What does this mean for you?

When estrogen fluctuates and drops during peri-to-post menopause, it directly impacts spinal cord synaptic transmission and sensory processing. Your brain literally loses some of its ability to “read” and stabilize your spine.

If you can’t stabilize locally, your body resorts to global stiffness (hello, chronic back tension) or joint micro-injury.

We don’t need to push through the pain with traditional core crunches. We need to clear up the neurological map between your brain and your spine via efficient sensory information.

In my upcoming workshop, Resilient & Rooted, I’ll teach you how to reclaim spinal mobility and true stability using strategies tailored specifically for the menopausal nervous system.

Stop making your neck do your shoulder’s job. 🛑🦴

When we lack “movement clarity,” our bodies are master cheaters.

If your brain can’t differentiate how your hand, forearm, elbow, and shoulder move independently, it will start “borrowing” stability from elsewhere. Usually? That looks like a death-grip with your fingers, an overset jaw, or massive amounts of tension in your neck and upper traps.

Your shoulder joint doesn’t live on an island. It relies on a clear map from your fingertips all the way to your torso.

In my upcoming workshop, Resilient & Rooted, I’m going to teach you specific, actionable strategies to clean up your shoulder girdle map so you can stop hurting yourself and start building true, integrated upper-body strength.

Your ankles aren’t the problem—your “map” is. 🗺️👣

Most of us move our legs and just hope our feet follow. But in menopause, joint integrity is everything. If you can’t tell the difference between moving your toes, your mid-foot, and your tibia, you’re likely overworking your joints and under-utilizing your muscles.

In my upcoming workshop, Resilient & Rooted, we’re throwing out the old fitness “rules” and building a new blueprint for movement that actually respects your changing body.

We start at the ground up. Literally.

Stop pulling on your muscles like they’re old rubber bands. 🛑 If your “tightness” always comes back, it’s not a flexibility issue—it’s a communication issue. Your brain is holding tension for a reason. Ready to learn the language? Join me for Resilient & Rooted. Link in bio to register! 🧠✨

“I just need to push through it.” “Maybe I’m just getting old.” “Every time I try to workout, something else starts hurting.”

Sound familiar? 🛑

When we hit the menopause transition, the old rules of fitness—“no pain, no gain” or “just do more cardio”—can actually backfire.

Here’s the secret the fitness industry isn’t telling you: Declining estrogen can “blur” your internal body map. When your brain can’t clearly feel where your joints are (proprioception), it perceives threat. That threat shows up as stiffness, pain, and a nervous system that feels “wired but tired.”

In my workshop, Resilient & Rooted, we don’t just exercise. We re-map.

By integrating your visual system, your vestibular (balance) system, and your proprioception, we give your brain a high-resolution blueprint of your body.

The result? ✨ Efficient movement patterns that don’t cause injury. ✨ A restored sense of natural, fluid motion. ✨ A nervous system that finally feels calm and safe.

Stop trying to “burn” your way to health. Start moving with specific purpose and personalized strategies designed for the woman you are today.
