Hey everyone! If you’ve never heard of cupping therapy before, I wanted to give you a little bit of information about it. It’s not as scary as it looks, I promise. Cupping is used for the same purpose as deep tissue massage, but instead of pushing into the tissue, the cups use negative pressure to pull up and release the muscles, creating more circulation within the areas being worked on. You can feel the tension slowly melting away when the cups are left on the body. It’s an amazing addition to any massage and I incorporate them at no extra cost.
