Build strength, power, and confidence with our 6-week Olympic Lifting Series. This small-group training program is designed to help participants safely learn and improve foundational Olympic lifts while enhancing overall performance.
Led by JaNae, an experienced Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, participants will receive expert coaching focused on safe progression, proper technique, and long-term performance development. JaNae is passionate about helping active adults build confidence, move better, and reach goals they once thought were out of reach.
Participants will focus on:
• Proper Olympic lifting technique
• Strength and power development
• Improved movement efficiency
• Injury prevention strategies
• Progressive programming to build confidence in and out of the gym
This series is ideal for adults with basic lifting experience who are ready to take the next step in their training and learn Olympic lifting in a safe, structured environment.
