DO LESS BETTER, actually works. As much as we hate to think that another rest day might be good, generally, that’s true. Now hear us out, you need to train hard enough, long enough, and consistent enough to consider “more rest” but in our world that’s many of our clients. If you are 35+ years old, you’ve been doing the thing for a long time, and are struggling with progress and performance you might want to consider “could I do less better?”. This is tough to navigate, but we are here for it, let us help you make the best version of you.

There is literally no such thing. The best exercises are the ones the drive results and can be performed by an individual with competent movement patterns. The worse exercises are those that don’t, and can’t. Who decides that? Each individual athlete and their coach and NOT Instagram. Let’s be done here.
