DO LESS BETTER, actually works. As much as we hate to think that another rest day might be good, generally, that’s true. Now hear us out, you need to train hard enough, long enough, and consistent enough to consider “more rest” but in our world that’s many of our clients. If you are 35+ years old, you’ve been doing the thing for a long time, and are struggling with progress and performance you might want to consider “could I do less better?”.
