March is Workplace Eye Wellness Month! 👀

At Arsulowicz Eye Care we know your eyes work just as hard as you do! Whether you’re at a computer, on your phone, or on hands on environment, your vision is essential for long term eye health. 🖥️ 📺

Here’s some tips and simple ways to care for your eyes at work:
✔️ Follow the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 mins look 20 feet away for 20 secs.
✔️ Adjust your screen brightness & contrast to reduce strain.
✔️ Keep your screen at arms length and slightly below eye level
✔️ Blink often to prevent dryness (we forgot more than we think)
✔️ Stay hydrated throughout the day
✔️ Use proper lighting to avoid glare and reflections

💡 Bonus Tip: If you experience headaches, blurry vision, or tired eyes, it might be time for an eye exam!
