Today, Recovery Rock Climbers had an amazing day together with yoga, delicious chicken tacos, and Auricular Acupuncture. We spent time learning and practicing evidence-based tools that help keep our minds, bodies, and spirits in balance.
Recovery is about more than abstinence—it’s about connection, healing, and building recovery capital. Days like today remind us that wellness can be found in movement, community, nourishment, and self-care.
Grateful for the women who continue to show up, support one another, and keep climbing. 💚
