Remember to Breathe.

Deep breathing can help you manage stress and anxiety by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which sends a signal to your brain that you're safe. This can help you feel calm and well, and can also help you fall asleep faster.

Always remember to take time to slow down and truly breathe.

This isn’t our usual weekly recap.

Instead of walking through what we treated this week, we wanted to share WHO we treated — because it might surprise you.

This week alone, we saw:
Childcare workers and teachers
Office employees
Police officers
Farmers
Construction workers
Nurses
Small Business Owners
…and so many other professions we didn’t even list.

Different jobs, have different demands…but the same truth underneath: work is hard on the mind and body. And since it’s where most of us spend the majority of our lives, it adds up fast.

Taking care of yourself now — before the burnout, before the injury, before your body forces you to slow down — is what keeps you going. It’s what lets you actually enjoy what comes after the workday, the week, the career.

Never stop prioritizing your health. Because without it, nothing else matters.

Call us at 218-398-0550 — whatever you do for a living, we’re here to help you keep doing it well.

There’s something so special about a room full of people choosing to show up for their health — asking questions, staying curious, genuinely wanting to learn. That kind of energy is contagious, and we feel so lucky to be part of a community that prioritizes wellness this way.

A huge thank you to our incredible attendees for bringing that energy last Thursday, and an extra special thank you to Luke for showing up at our clinic once again to share his wisdom on nutrition, lifestyle, and what it really means to live a healthy life. Your knowledge and encouragement make these events what they are.

Easy Ways to Add More Whole Foods to Your Diet:
🥑 Swap processed snacks for fresh fruits, nuts, or homemade energy balls.
🥗 Build meals around vegetables – Try a colorful salad, stir-fry, or roasted veggie bowl.
🥚 Choose whole grains like quinoa, brown rice, or oats instead of white bread or pasta.
🥩 Opt for high-quality proteins – Grass-fed meats, wild-caught fish, and pasture raised eggs.
🥛Ditch sugary drinks – Drink herbal teas, infused water, or fresh green juice instead of sodas and artificial juices. If you need to drink soda, try poppy or ollipop (prebiotic sodas)
🫐 Eat seasonally – Enjoy fresh, local produce that’s packed with flavor and nutrients.

Simple Whole Food Meal Ideas:

🍳 Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with sautéed spinach and avocado on whole-grain toast.
🥗 Lunch: Grilled chicken salad with mixed greens, walnuts, and homemade vinaigrette.
🐟 Dinner: Baked salmon with roasted sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli.
🍎 Snack: Apple slices with almond butter or a handful of raw nuts and dark chocolate.

Making the switch to whole foods doesn’t have to be complicated—small changes lead to big results!

So impressed by this patient mama. ❤️

As she patiently waits to meet her little one, her focus isn’t on rushing the process — it’s simply on keeping her body balanced and giving baby all the time they need.

“Baby can cook as long as baby needs. We just want a healthy baby.”

Such a beautiful mindset. We can’t wait to meet this little one. 🤍

Feel that shift in the air? Summer’s winding down, and so is our kids’ sense of ease. New schedules, new teachers, new routines… their little nervous systems feel it before they can even say it.

And when they’re out of sorts, the whole house feels it too. 😩

Here’s the thing: you can’t pour calm into your family if your own system is running on empty.

Acupuncture helps regulate the nervous system - for you, for your anxious kiddo, for anyone in your house running on edge. When you take care of your health, it ripples out to everyone around you.

If your household’s felt a little off lately, we’re here to get you back on track. 🤍
