There are three common things women think are normal, but they aren't:

❌ Leaking urine when you sneeze
❌ Feeling pressure or heaviness in your pelvic area
❌ Pain during exercise

These symptoms are common, but they should not be ignored.

Pelvic floor dysfunction can affect women during pregnancy, after childbirth, during menopause, and throughout life. The good news? Physical therapy is often one of the most effective treatment options.

If you've been dealing with any of these symptoms, our Pelvic Health team would love to help. Pelvic Health is available at our Belmont, Cascade, Jenison, Lowell and Walker locations.
