Have you ever been to a Meditative Breathwork Session?
May I ask why not?
I was completely skeptical my first time...even knowing as I do how powerful just being attuned to your breath can be. I was afraid of doing it "wrong", nervous that I would breathe loud and embarrass myself in front of my yoga community, worried that my hands would, in fact, turn into "Lobster Claws" (spoiler alert...they did, and it was trippy--but over before I could fixate on it too much).
Friends...there is no way to do it wrong. And I did breathe loudly, but so did everyone else, and the music made it impossible to be embarrassed.
Ask me in person about the Lobster Claws...
I know that every person's Breathwork experience is as unique as...well...their breath, and that each journey is different. Some cried. Some did not. Some felt that their lives had changed. Some fixated on their fingers.
I have never felt so light and unburdened. I can't explain it, don't want to explain it...but these Breathwork sessions are the most cathartic thing I've ever done.
I hope to see you there.
