Our perception initially drives the way we look at things.

Sometimes we over complicate things, other times we try to oversimplify them…gee realize them.

Here’s where the work comes in.

You don’t have to make a decision right away. You don’t need to have the answer right then and there.

Ask yourself “Why am I making this choice?”

And keep asking why til you get to something deeper. That is how you learn more about yourself. And that is how you gain self awareness.

Yes, some things in life are truly complicated…and other tho ga are truly that f()cking easy.

But you won’t know til you explore.

You don’t have to be happy all the time.

That’s not the point.

Life is still going to be hard. You’re still going to have days that feel heavy. You’re still going to question yourself, get frustrated, and wonder if anything is actually changing.

Craniosacral Therapy is gentle work, but gentle does not mean ineffective.

Sometimes the body does not need more force.
Sometimes it needs space, support, and a chance to settle enough to respond.
