For more than 40 years, Comprehensive Eye Care has served the Northview community with personalized eye care. Now, Dr. Felicia Slate and her team are continuing that legacy in an expanded space on Plainfield Avenue.

Just a quick reminder that Comprehensive Eye Care will be closed tomorrow, October 1, beginning at 11:30 AM and reopening Friday, October 2 at 9:00 AM for staff development.

Our team is taking this time to learn, grow, and continue improving the care and experience we provide to our patients. 💙

✨ What a Day to Remember! ✨

Last Thursday, September 24, we had the absolute pleasure of celebrating our Re-Grand Opening, and we truly cannot thank everyone enough for coming out and celebrating this exciting new chapter with us! 💙

After months of planning, preparing, moving, and getting our new space ready, it was so special to finally open the doors and celebrate with our patients, friends, family, community, and industry partners.

From the moment the event began, our office was filled with wonderful people, conversations, laughter, delicious food, coffee, and so much excitement. Being able to welcome everyone into our new location and share the space with the people who have supported us along the way made the day incredibly meaningful for our entire team.

A very special thank you to the Grand Rapids Chamber and State Senator Mark Huizenga for joining us for our ribbon cutting and helping us officially celebrate this milestone! Having that moment surrounded by our community was something we will always remember. ✂️🎀

We also want to give a HUGE thank you to all of our amazing representatives and industry partners who came out to support us and helped make the afternoon such a success. Your continued partnership, generosity, and willingness to celebrate with us means more than we can say. ✨ We’re officially here! ✨

Today marks our first official day in our new home! 🥹💙

After months of planning, preparing, packing, and a whole lot of excitement, it feels pretty special to finally open our doors at our new location. While we’re still putting the finishing touches on everything (including our temporary sign 😉), we couldn’t be happier with how our new space is coming together!

From our optical to our new lobby, this space already feels like the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Comprehensive Eye Care, while still carrying the same care and personal touch our patients have trusted for more than 40 years. 👓✨
