Remember to check the heat index before you decide to ride!

For example, today in Grand Rapids the temp is 73 and the humidity is 78%. 73+78 =151, that puts today (at the moment I’m writing this post) as you have to limit your training session and make sure you cool your horse down throughly.

❗️Calling All Local 4-H Leaders, Parents, & FFA Advisors❗️

I am opening up dates to host Hands-On Mini Clinics for local 4-H clubs and FFA chapters!

What the youth will learn:

Basic Anatomy: Locating major muscle groups on their own animals.

Warm-Up & Cool-Down: Proper conditioning routines for the show ring.

Massage & Stretching: Techniques to increase stride length, improve bracing, reduce stiffness, & promote relaxation.

I want to give back to our local youth ag community, so I am booking a limited number of these sessions.
