Catalyst Training Center West Michigan’s queerest gym & community space • Personal training, movement-based classes & FRC-powered programs.

Personal and Group Training with nutrition coaching, weight management programs as well as strength and conditioning programs are available. We also work with young athletes to help them with sport specific personal training such as baseball, volleyball, soccer, hockey, basketball, rugby, crew, powerlifting, strongman and more.

Thank you to everyone who came by today and to those of you who helped spread the word - it was lovely to meet so many new faces from the neighborhood!

We said every Friday until we're out — and here we are, first one well underway. Free non-perishable snacks, personal items, and beauty products, right out front at Catalyst Training Center.

No signup. No hoops. Just come grab what you need.

We'll be out here until 7pm tonight (or until everything is gone)— so if you're in the neighborhood, stop by. Tell your people.

Thanks to a generous donation of non-perishable snacks (lots of high-protein options!) and lots of great hygiene products, we're opening up free "shopping" outside Catalyst on Fridays until supplies run out.
