Comprehensive Therapy Center offers the West Michigan community speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, sensory integration and motor therapies. Therapy and Fun, our award-winning summer outreach program and our school-based special education services help more than 300 children with developmental differences each year. In the beginning, Jean saw a need in our community that wasn’t being met. She didn't just want to provide therapy; she wanted to create a space where every child was accounted for. As we celebrate Jean (Jean Silbar) and Dan’s 75th birthdays, we aren't just looking back at how CTC started—we’re making sure it never stops! ❤️

To celebrate, they are turning up the heat with a $7,500 Birthday Match Challenge! 🔥🎂

We think they look pretty good for 75, but their generosity looks even better. This June, they are matching every single dollar raised—giving you the ultimate chance to make your generosity do double duty. 📈✨

🎲 Last call for summer social fun at our Buddies & Board Games group! Our interest form closes this Wednesday!

Looking for an engaging, inclusive summer activity for your teen or pre-teen? The Buddies & Board Games Summer Series at Comprehensive Therapy Center is officially open, but you’ll need to act fast to secure a spot!

This isn't just a casual game day—it's a structured, therapist-led program facilitated by a CTC Occupational Therapist & Speech-Language Pathologist. Siblings and friends are welcome to join the fun, too!

✨ Play games, build essential social skills, and make lasting friends in an environment tailored for neurodivergent youth and those with developmental disabilities.

⚠️ CRITICAL REGISTRATION DEADLINES:
To keep our groups small and highly supportive, we use a two-step enrollment timeline:
1️⃣ STEP 1: Interest Form Deadline – Submit your initial form by this Wednesday, June 3rd.
2️⃣ STEP 2: Payment Deadline – To finalize your teen's registration and hold their seat, full payment is due by Wednesday, June 10th.

Program Details:
🗓️ 6 Monday Sessions | June 15 – July 27 (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM)
📍 CTC Clinic (2505 Ardmore SE, Grand Rapids)
💰 Cost: $20 per session or $90 for the entire 6-week series (Note: Some insurance plans may cover this program!)

Attention Grand Rapids parents and caregivers! 🌟 Looking for a summer experience that will challenge, inspire, and elevate your teen or young adult?

This summer, Comprehensive Therapy Center is stepping into The World Betwixt—a place where imagination knows no bounds, differences are celebrated, and incredible growth happens right at the crossroads of fun and life skills.

We are looking for creative, enthusiastic volunteers to join our team and help children navigate this magical summer journey!

If your teen is looking to build a stellar college resume, earn community service hours, or explore a future career in speech therapy, occupational therapy, or social work, this is where they belong. They will work directly alongside our professional staff to help kids learn, play, and grow.

The Details:
📅 Dates: June 17th – Aug 7th, Tuesdays - Thursdays
