We’re looking for our next Director of Operations!

Northland Counseling Center is looking for an experienced leader who enjoys bringing people, programs, and processes together to help behavioral health services run well.

This position is part of our Senior Leadership Team and provides leadership and oversight for several of our programs, including ARMHS, Peer Support, Behavioral Health Home, Clubhouse, CCBHC, and grant-funded initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Support and develop strong program leaders
• Help improve processes and remove barriers to care
• Bring consistency across programs and locations
• Oversee CCBHC and grant initiatives
• Build strong community partnerships
• Work collaboratively with clinical, compliance, finance, and organizational leadership

If you have experience in behavioral health or healthcare operations and enjoy solving problems, supporting teams, and helping programs grow and improve, we’d love to hear from you!

Our NOW Program officially went through our IPS fidelity review! A HUGE shout out to Holly, Angelica and Beth. For only being about 6 weeks into training, they (Angelica & Beth) really impressed the auditors with their knowledge and skills. And a huge thank you to everyone else who took the time to speak with them and show them what a wonderful team we have here.

They were so impressed with our programs/building/team. They spoke so highly and expressed how lucky we were. The work we do is so powerful and our team of people are so kind & genuine. It was very nice to hear so I had to share with you all! - Holly, NOW Supervisor

A recent trip lead by our Peer Support Specialist Program came with a few important reminders…

This trip was a reminder that recovery and growth aren’t about having perfect days. They’re about learning how to navigate difficult moments and continuing despite them. I found myself relying on the skills I’ve worked so hard to develop.

There were moments when I wanted to give up, but I kept reminding myself that this experience wasn’t just about me. It was about the participants and giving them an opportunity to experience recovery in real time. We watched people struggle, work through challenges, and celebrate victories—some of them very small, but no less meaningful. Those moments mattered.

Our role wasn’t to make everything perfect. It was to create an environment where people could experience challenges, learn from them, and discover that they could push through to the other side. That’s exactly what happened.

Current Northland Counseling Center clients can now access our secure Client Portal to make managing your care even easier.

With the Client Portal, you can:
• Complete forms electronically
• Review and sign documents
• Receive important information from your care team

ℹ️ Where can I learn more?

Our website will be updated with Client Portal information by the end of July.

ℹ️Current Clients:

If you are currently receiving services at Northland, please download the Northland Client Portal app from your device’s app store and complete your account setup.

ℹ️Telehealth Appointments:

Beginning in August 2026, telehealth appointments will transition to the Client Portal. Additional information will be sent before this change. Please download the app and complete setup before your appointment. You may also need to sign in to your existing Zoom account to connect telehealth visits.

Please note: The Client Portal is available only for current Northland clients.
