🚨 High cholesterol isn’t the diagnosis. It’s a clue.

For decades, we’ve been told that cholesterol is the enemy. But that’s one of the biggest misconceptions in modern medicine.
Your body makes cholesterol for a reason. It’s essential for healthy cell membranes, hormone production, brain function, hormone production, vitamin D synthesis, and tissue repair. 🧠💪 The question isn’t, “How do we lower cholesterol?” The better question is, “Why is the body making more of it?”
Elevated cholesterol is often a response to deeper issues like chronic inflammation, blood sugar dysfunction, oxidative stress, nutrient deficiencies, toxin exposure, poor thyroid function, or hidden infections. 🔥 If you never address the root cause, lowering the number on a lab report doesn’t restore health.
That’s where statins fail.
They may reduce cholesterol on paper, but they don’t resolve the underlying terrain that contributed to the imbalance in the first place. Meanwhile, side effects are inevitable. Muscle pain, fatigue, memory issues, sleep disturbances, liver stress, and more because these drugs interfere with pathways your body relies on for normal function.
The goal shouldn’t be to silence the body’s response. The goal should be to understand why it’s responding that way. 🌱
Don’t settle for managing numbers. Seek the root cause. Heal the body, reduce inflammation, nourish your cells, and support the systems that were designed to keep you healthy.
Your lab values matter—but they should always be interpreted in the context of the whole person. ❤️
