Start your weekend with movement, fresh air, and a great community. All experience levels are welcome—whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi.

Looking for a fun way to connect with your little one? Join us for movement, mindfulness, lots of play, and quality time together in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.

💚 Mindful breathing & simple meditation
💚 Yoga-inspired movement
💚 Games, play, and connection
💚 Perfect for moms (or caregivers) and kids

Our next session is Monday, June 1 from 8:30–9:30 AM and we’d love to see you there!

While finalizing my summer teaching schedule (stay tuned 👀☀️), I realized I don’t even have a current headshot posted here… so here’s one from our family photos this fall (thanks )🤍

This summer is going to be full in the best way:
✨ Mommy & Me Yoga (including your big kids home for summer vacation!)
✨ Chair Yoga
✨ Yoga in the Park
✨ A special Yoga in the Park series that flows right into our local farmers market mornings
✨ Yoga + body maintenance classes for the dancers (where I also teach dance!)

Thank you for being here and cheering me on. I truly hope I get to see you all a ridiculous amount over the next few months 🫶
