There are so many pages to follow on social media and I don't know about you, but it's an overload at times! Don't worry, we won't flood your account, but if we do we have so many good reasons to give us a follow!! 😉

Reasons to follow us: Better health, nervous system tips, adorable babies getting adjusted, community events, occasional laugh at Dr. Janning + Jackie, and office closures. 😂

Reasons not to follow us: You enjoy stress, a dysregulated nervous system, don't like watching funny reels, and being told, "that's just normal or yup you're getting older." 😉

Yes dads, we see you too! The truth is, we post a lot about mamas, pregnant mamas, and kiddos, but we do adjust dads as well and love them just as much! 😂

We understand that life puts a lot of weight on the shoulders of dads, and we are here and ready to help your nervous system function and keep your stress levels down. When the whole family gets adjusted, our patients often say that they are less sick or can beat sicknesses off faster, feel more connected as a family, and just feel better as a whole.

So dad, if you are ready, we are ready to care for you! Book your first adjustment, or better yet, have your wife book it when she comes to her next appointment. 😉

July is halfway over which means school and routines will be starting before we know it. We don't want to wish summer away, but do want to remind you that we do sports physicals in our office and would be happy to get your student athletes done before school is back in session.🏈🏀⚽️⛳️🏐

At Janning Family Chiropractic we are meeting you + your child's needs exactly where you are. If that means your teddy bear needs to get adjusted before you do, then we are all for it! 😀

Dr. Janning is well equipped for adjustments holding mom and dads hand, or laying on the couch, or pretending to be a dinosaur, nothing is out of the ordinary here at JFC.

We take pride in making sure that your nervous system is functioning optimally, and if that means being a little silly with your kiddos, then silly we will be! 😉

Today marks 14 years since I opened Janning Family Chiropractic in Granger. As I reflect back to that on day 14 years ago, I am incredibly grateful to celebrate this milestone and serving this amazing community. 🎉🙌🍾

To every patient that has trusted me with their health, referred their family and friends, and supported this journey along the way, THANK YOU. You guys are the backbone of JFC and without you, I wouldn't be here today. 😍

When I opened this practice I opened with the intent to help people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. That intent has far exceeded my expectations. I not only get to do all of those, but I get to care for mamas through their pregnancy journey and beyond, I get to watch kids (and their families) lives change through adjustments, and I get to help families stay well adjusted to live their life to their full potential. 🙌

I am so honored to be part of so many health and wellness journeys and look forward to many more years of serving this community that I call home. Thank you JFC and Granger for an incredible 14 years. Here's to continued health, healing and growth during the next 14! 😀

We are truly blessed to do what we do, but we can't thank our patients + their families for allowing us to be a part of their health and wellness journey enough. 🥹

Each day we get to watch...
-Moms meeting other moms. Which sometimes leads to lifelong friendships.🙏
-Kiddos play + getting to meet or see friends. 🐄
-Kiddos loving their adjustments so much that they want to become a Doctor just like Dr. Janning. 😍
-Families finally getting answers and hope. Finally finding the root. But also having a provider that listens, and answers every single question. 😭
-Healing. Watching babies overcome torticollis, toddlers overcoming constipation, kiddos thriving in chaos, mamas feeling their best self through pregnancy, and dads making sure they are staying healthy to continue to run with their kids. 🙌
-&&& Finally, community. Building a legacy and community in our small town is at the top of the list. 🥰

We love getting to care for you every single day, it's a job we don't take lightly. 🤍
