This morning we had 2 babies in, different ages, different stories/reasons as to why they were here, but with one goal in mind... make sure my baby's nervous system is functioning as it should. 🤍

And you want to know the crazy part? Both babies cried during their adjustments. Not because it hurts, not because it's scary or there is cracking, but just because they wanted their mama. 🥹

Often times people think pediatric chiropractic is scary, or there's lots of cracking or forcing, but the truth is, this is what pediatric chiropractic looks like. Gentle, specific care, designed with your littles nervous system in mind.

And while sometimes there are tears, it is okay. Between Dr. Janning, Annie, or their parents, their baby is leaving smiling and happy as can be because their nervous system is relaxed, calmed, and functioning as it should.

The other day I was sitting in the office and I looked as to when the last time I got my kiddos adjusted… it had been a MONTH. 🤯

I have always gotten the kiddos adjusted biweekly, and I definitely let this slip. As a mom of two, I know firsthand how busy life can get. 🤍 and yes, wellness care looks different for every family, biweekly has worked for ours. 😊

Between the drop offs, work, activities, and everything in between, it is easy to put ourselves and our health on the back burner. (Clearly) 😔

But here’s your reminder, just like I had to remind myself, your nervous system deserves to be cared for too. We make time for everything else in life, make sure to make the time to support you and your kiddos nervous systems along the way, especially in the busiest seasons of life. 🫶🏻

Be sure to schedule you and your kiddos for your next adjustments, or I’ll be texting you soon. 😉 maybe I’ll text myself as a reminder also!

As we wrap up week one of construction to our building, we can’t thank you guys enough as we navigate the changes and all the loud noises!!

Brenton bank originally built our building in 1982 and as we are renovating and talking to people in our community, we came across the fact that the building was built with Redwood siding shipped in from California. 🤯 do you know any more facts about our building?? Please share!! 😊

So JFC, we are saving as many boards as we can, just like this one in the picture. How should we salvage more history of this building?

And again, THANK YOU! We know construction and changes aren’t always easy, but they are necessary. 🤍

Good morning JFC! Today is a day that we have been waiting for all summer long, the start of construction on our building. Over the next few weeks, there is going to be a huge transformation to our building, which means construction crews will be here.

Please be patient with us, the noise and the construction materials. And please watch where you and your littles are walking. They are going to do their best to keep everything cleaned up, but unfortunately it is construction and things happen.

We appreciate your patience during this time. Thank you! 😊
