When it comes to growth guidance appliances, why not make them fun? This patient didn't just wear his appliance — he designed it, choosing every color and gem to make it uniquely his.

Functionally, this appliance is doing important work: helping his posterior teeth erupt fully and guiding his lower jaw forward, while retaining the expansion he's already achieved. But just as important is how he feels about it — confident, proud, and (in his own words) ready to be "the coolest kid in school."
