Your neck and low back might not be the real problem… 👀
Pain isn’t always caused by the area that hurts.
If your thoracic spine (mid-back) becomes stiff, your body has to find movement somewhere else. That usually means your neck and low back end up doing more work than they were designed to.
Think of your spine like a chain:
🔗 When one link stops moving, the others have to compensate.
Over time, that compensation can lead to:
• Neck tension and headaches
• Shoulder tightness
• Low back stiffness
• Poor posture
• Reduced performance in the gym and everyday life
The goal isn’t just to treat the painful area—it’s to identify why it’s happening.
Improving thoracic mobility through targeted exercises, chiropractic adjustments when appropriate, and movement retraining can help restore normal motion and reduce unnecessary stress on the rest of your spine.
✨ Move better. Feel better. Live better.
Have someone in mind who is always rubbing their neck or complaining about low back pain? Send this post to them—they might be treating the symptom instead of the cause.
