Pacific Living Centers of Anique Welcome to Anique! Our licensed memory care community joined Pacific Living Centers in June of 2023 and features 15 beds of boutique memory care.

We pride ourselves on exceptional care and enhancing the lives of those we serve. Our specially trained memory care team is well equipped to care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, while promoting comfort and familiarity in our cozy home! We also accept Medicaid.

💜 Every step brings us closer to a world without Alzheimer’s. 💜
This cause means so much to me, especially working every day alongside people living with dementia and the families who love them. I see firsthand why awareness, support, research, and hope matter so much.
I’m raising money for the 2026 Walk to End Alzheimer’s, and every single donation—big or small—helps us get one step closer. 💜🌼

🍋💜 Sweet Memories Lemonade Stand is almost here! 💜🍋

Join us at Pacific Living Centers at Anique for Lemonade Day Grants Pass on Saturday, August 8th from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM!

Our amazing residents will be teaming up with local kids to run the Sweet Memories Lemonade Stand—sharing smiles, making memories, and supporting young entrepreneurs one cup at a time! 💛🍋

You're invited to visit the freshly remodeled and update, Ramp and Douglas Memory Care homes at 427 S.E Ramp St. in Roseburg.

There will be music, meat and cheese tray's as well as a Charcuterie Board with a variety of drinks! Meet our RN, ED and other key support staff which help us make the Boutique Memory Care difference for families in and around Roseburg.

There’s nothing quite like puppy love. 🐶💙

Our residents were all smiles today as they soaked up cuddles, wagging tails, and plenty of puppy kisses. These sweet moments bring comfort, spark memories, and fill our home with so much joy.

We are so excited to share our beautiful new outdoor gazebo! It has quickly become a favorite gathering place where our residents can relax, visit with friends, enjoy fresh air, and soak up the sunshine in comfort.
There's nothing better than seeing smiles, laughter, meaningful conversations, and special moments shared together in such a peaceful space. 💕
A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this addition possible. We can't wait to create many more memories under our new gazebo with our amazing residents, families, and staff!

Today was filled with smiles, community, and generosity as we came together to support the Alzheimer's Association. Thanks to all of YOU, we raised $98 toward the fight to end Alzheimer's!
A special thank you to everyone who donated, shopped, shared our event, and spent time with our residents. Your kindness means so much and reminds us that even the smallest acts can make a big difference.
