Chrysalis Holy Yoga

Chrysalis Holy Yoga Experiential Worship. Bold Jesus. Grace-filled Yoga Instruction. Authentic Community. There is often a misunderstanding that yoga is a religion, it is not.

Holy Yoga is the intentional practice of connecting our entire being; body, mind and spirit with God; the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. With complete reliance on God's Word and prayer, Holy Yoga invites us to surrender and introduces us to Grace. When we breathe and move and have our being in Christ, we find ourselves in the flow of His magnificence. Yoga is a spiritual discipline, much like prayer

, fasting and meditation. Yoga has the capacity to enhance our personal beliefs and faith. We practice with our minds set on whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent or praiseworthy (Phil 4:8); not with our minds emptied. We meditate on the wisdom of God's Word (Psalm 119:9-16, 26-27); not on man's wisdom. We seek the transcendence and glory of God; not our own. Statements of Faith

We believe there is only one God, whom exists for all eternity in three persons; the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4, Revelation 1:8)

We believe that God has revealed Himself to us both through His creation and His Word. (Romans 1:20, Hebrews 1:3)

We believe God continues to reveal Himself to His people through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. (Romans 8:9, John 16:13-14, 1Corinthians 2:12-14, 2 Corinthians 6:16)

We believe that there is only one way to God, through His Son, Jesus Christ. (Isaiah 43:10-13, John 14:6)

We believe that God made forgiveness and redemption available to all whom accept Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. (1TImothy 2:3-4, John 3:16-18, 1 Corinthians 15:3-5)

We believe the Bible is absolute truth. It is the divinely authored and authoritative Word of God. It is complete in its current canonical form. (2 Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:20-21, Luke 24:27)

We believe that those who are His will be made known by their love for God and for all people. (Mark 12:30, John 13:34-35)

Happy Wednesday!

Some days we try so hard to be strong on our own. But God gently reminds us:

“Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit.” — Zechariah 4:6 ✝️

You don’t have to force what God is already working within you.

Breathe. Trust. Let His Spirit carry what your strength cannot.

Hello, Tuesday.

Some days our hearts carry more than words can explain.

When life feels overwhelming, we don’t have to find our own way through it. We can turn toward the One who is higher, stronger, and steadier than anything we face.

Today, breathe deeply. Release what feels too heavy. Let God be your steady place.

When your heart feels overwhelmed, you don’t need to be stronger—you need to remember where your strength comes from.

Hello, Monday.

A new week gives us another opportunity to choose humility, kindness, and love.

Sometimes the greatest impact we make comes from the smallest acts—a patient response, a thoughtful word, a moment of grace, or simply putting someone else first.

Choose humility. Show love. Make a difference.

May we move through this Monday with hearts that look a little more like Jesus.

Happy Sunday!

Joy doesn’t mean the trial isn’t difficult. It means we trust that God is still working in the middle of it.

The hard seasons can strengthen our faith, deepen our dependence on God, and grow something within us that comfort never could.

Today, breathe deeply and remember: the trial may be part of your story, but God is still writing the ending.

May your Sunday be filled with peace, strength, and the quiet confidence that God is working—even here.

Some days our hearts feel heavy for reasons we can't explain.

Maybe it's weariness, worry, or pain that words can't touch.

The beautiful promise in Psalm 147:3 reminds us That God sees every piece, and He is near.

Take time today to breathe, to move, and to rest in His healing presence. He is making all things new.

You are deeply loved.

Lord, thank You for healing what's broken and restoring what's been lost.

Happy Friday!

What if delighting in the Lord isn’t about asking Him to give us everything our hearts want—but allowing Him to shape our hearts until we begin to want what He wants?

As you breathe, move, and pray today, make space for Him.

Let His presence quiet the noise. Let His love reshape your desires. Let His plans become greater than your own. The closer we grow to God, the more our hearts begin to look like His.

Have a beautiful, faith-filled Friday.

Happy Thursday! 💗

Some mornings we wake up feeling strong. Other mornings, we wake up knowing we need God to be our strength.

And maybe that’s exactly where faith begins—not with pretending we have everything under control, but with recognizing how deeply we need Him.

What a beautiful prayer for the beginning of a day: Be my strength this morning, Lord. Strength for what I know is coming. Strength for what I cannot anticipate. Strength for the things I can change. And peace for the things I cannot.

May God meet you exactly where you are this Thursday, steady your heart, renew your spirit, and give you everything you need for the day ahead.

Happy Wednesday! 💜

Some days we feel strong and steady. Other days, we find ourselves quietly whispering, “God, I need You.”

And perhaps that is one of the most beautiful expressions of faith—not pretending we can handle everything ourselves, but knowing exactly where to turn when we can’t.

As you move through today, remember that asking God for help isn’t weakness. It’s trust. It’s surrender. It’s acknowledging that His strength reaches places ours cannot.

When you feel stretched beyond what you can handle, lean into the One who is never overwhelmed.

Breathe deeply. Move gently. Pray honestly.

You don’t need to have all the answers today. You simply need to know where your help comes from.

May your Wednesday be filled with His strength, His presence, and the quiet reassurance that you never face anything alone.

CHAIR POSE — STRONG BODY, STEADY FAITH. 🦋

Chair Pose may look simple, but hold it for a few breaths and those legs will quickly remind you just how strong you are!

To practice Chair Pose:

1. Stand tall with your feet together or about hip-width apart, whichever feels more stable.
2. Root to both feet, keeping your weight balanced rather than shifting heavily into your toes.
3. Inhale and reach your arms overhead, keeping your shoulders relaxed away from your ears. If that isn’t comfortable, bring your hands to prayer at your heart.
4. Exhale and bend your knees, sending your hips back as though you’re about to sit in a chair.
5. Keep your chest lifted, spine long, and core gently engaged.
6. Look down—you should still be able to see your toes. Keep your knees tracking in the same direction as your toes rather than collapsing inward.
7. Hold for 3–5 slow breaths to begin. As you become stronger, gradually increase the length of your hold.
8. To come out, inhale as you press through your feet and rise back to standing, then gently lower your arms.

And while your legs are working, give your heart something to focus on, too:

Inhale: God is my strength.
Exhale: I trust Him.

Chair Pose is a beautiful reminder that sometimes we become stronger not by escaping the uncomfortable places, but by learning to breathe, trust, and remain steady while we’re in them.

Hello, Monday. 💗

Before the lists, the responsibilities, the rushing and the noise… Breathe.

That breath filling your lungs right now is more than something your body simply does. It is a reminder that God gave you life.

“The Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life.” — Job 33:4 ✝️

Inhale His presence.
Exhale your worry.
Inhale His strength.
Exhale the need to control.

You don’t have to begin this week with everything figured out. You only need to begin it remembering Who gave you this day.

Every breath is a gift. Every morning is another opportunity to live the life God has given you with faith, gratitude, and purpose.

May your Monday begin gently—with a grateful heart, a peaceful spirit, and a deep breath of the life He so lovingly gave you. 💜
