Opening our level 2 Adult Foster Home soon, located near Merlin oregon. Will be licensed for 3 people (also interested in providing respite care and or Adult day care services) private pay and medicaid accepted!

Note: expected to get my license in the beginning of July, I will not be able to do an official assessment until then!

Just an update!
We should have our license by next week on Thursday and be able to accept medicaid residents the following week!
We are a level 2 adult foster home located in Merlin oregon. We are very interested in providing respite care! We will be able to accept 3 residents, we have 1 private room and 1 shared room. Please contact me with any questions! I'm starting a waiting list!
