Two class times are available: Wednesday (June 10) from 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM at Grapevine Animal Services in our outdoor space.

Started IHP for the workout.
Stayed because apparently suffering together in a hot room is now part of my personality. 🔥

At this point it’s less of a fitness class and more of a completely healthy addiction.
