One of the things that is hardest to watch as a therapist is the people I work with struggling in life because they chose someone out of chemistry or loneliness without checking for true compatibility and commitment. Chemistry even, is often confused with comfort. If someone feels comfortable, it might be their chaos that feels comfortable. Take your time discerning relationships ❤️
