❤️ Mama Duck Update!

This sweet mama duck has been faithfully nesting in our planter box for about 2-3 weeks now. She’s been so dedicated — barely leaving her eggs!

We’re on baby duck watch and anxiously awaiting the big hatch in the next week or so…stay tuned!

Thank you to everyone for my retirement party including staff…residents and volunteers. I love Mariella of Grapevine and it has been my pleasure these past almost 15 years to work here. I will cherish many memories…with residents..staff and family members. It’s been my honor and pleasure💜Here’s some fond memories!

Ft Worth Zoo came and brought some interesting critters for our residents to see! Madagascar cockroaches make and female….. African bullfrog had a crooked spine we saw the xray ….and Australian bearded dragon! The residents were able to touch alligator skin… elephant tusk… and cheetah pelt. Thank you Robin and Kendall for such an interesting presentation!
