Hot temperatures are in the forecast this week ☀️🌡️ Stay safe by drinking plenty of water, avoiding outdoor activities during the hottest part of the day, and checking on family, friends, and neighbors.

Know the signs of heat illness, including headache, dizziness, nausea, muscle cramps, and heavy sweating. If someone feels sick from the heat, move them to a cool place, offer water, and seek medical care if symptoms get worse.

Call 911 right away if a person becomes confused, passes out, has a seizure, cannot drink water, or has a very high temperature. These may be signs of heat stroke, which is a medical emergency.
