150 days ago, I made a decision to stop guessing what my body needed and start listening to it differently.
Not through extremes.
Not through punishment.
Not through “quick fixes.”
Through data 📈. Through patterns. Through personalized support. 🩵
Since December 25, 2025: ✨ 33.7 lbs lost
✨ Body fat down 8.2%
✨ Visceral fat dropped from 19 → 12
✨ Muscle rate increased
✨ Skeletal muscle increased
✨ Protein percentage increased
✨ Body water improved
✨ BMI decreased from 33.7 → 27.8
What stands out most to me is that this wasn’t just about the scale moving. My body composition changed.
The comparison between these reports shows something important: the body doesn’t lose all weight equally. Visceral fat, the deeper inflammatory fat surrounding organs, often responds first when metabolism, nutrition, inflammation, hydration, and cellular support begin improving together.
