To my South Beach community,
After 8 years of teaching here, I find myself in a moment of transition. This space has been where I began, where I grew, and where so much of me as a teacher was shaped. I’m deeply grateful for every class, every breath shared, and every person who has stepped onto the mat with me over the years.
This isn’t a goodbye, but a shifting of form. My path is evolving and moving. I’ll still be sharing yoga, just in new spaces, new ways, and with the same intention at heart.
You’ve all been part of my foundation, and I will carry that with me always. I’ll miss seeing you here regularly, but this connection doesn’t end. I’ll be back for pop ups when I’m in town
