Spring Allergies or a Cold? 🌼
It can be hard to tell the difference here’s a quick guide:
More likely allergies:
• Sneezing, itchy nose/eyes
• Clear, runny nose
• Symptoms that last for weeks
• No fever
More likely a cold:
• Fever
• Body aches or fatigue
• Thicker nasal drainage
• Symptoms improve within 7–10 days
Totally normal if:
You’re not sure there’s definitely overlap!
