It looks like a simple ball game… but your brain is working HARD!

Our therapists have been learning and practicing Bal-A-Vis-X (Balance, Auditory, Visual Exercises)—a series of rhythmic activities designed to challenge coordination, timing, attention, and motor planning.

These activities can help children practice:

🧍 Balance & body awareness

The best part? The exercises can be adapted to meet each child at their skill level and become more challenging as they progress.
